Collin Henry, Executive Director
Collin Henry was recruited as one of volleyball’s youngest players to compete on a national team at age 15. He played for the Jamaican National Team for 15 years and was invited to play for the team again in 2009 to help qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games. In addition to playing professionally, Collin has coached high school, club, college and national teams. He also has organized and coached youth camps for several years, including camps at Stanford University and Columbia University, along with Fieldston School in New York. In 2001, he authored In Volleyball: Playing with Your Head at Any Height. Currently Collin plays in the open division of the Garden Empire Volleyball League where his team has won two national championships over the last four years. He also coaches different age groups for the New York City Juniors Volleyball Association.
Professionally Collin has been a certified personal trainer for more than 15 years and currently works with a breadth of clients in the New York tri-state area.
Reilly Starr, Managing Director
Reilly played for the Richmond Volleyball Club in Richmond, Virginia, while also placing 23rd in the US for the NCAA Pentathlon in 1996. In college, she played for the varsity women’s volleyball team at George Washington University, a Division 1 team sponsored by Nike ®, in addition to the varsity women’s water polo team as goalie. She presently plays on teams in the New Jersey Spike League, New York Urban Professionals League and Garden Empire Volleyball Association, and has previously played for Big City Volleyball and New York Lawyers League. Additionally, she is the administrator for the New York City Juniors Volleyball Association where she coached the 2009 18’s team, along with Collin Henry.
For more than ten years, Reilly has been managing communications and public relations for internationally recognized brands such as IBM and Mitsubishi, in addition to some of the largest law firms in the world including, Skadden Arps, Weil, Gotshal and Manges and White & Case. During her time at Mitsubishi, she was also an officer of the Mitsubishi International Corporation Foundation where she conducted due diligence on all charitable grants.

AllStarr Volleyball is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to developing athletes of all ages and skill level for amateur volleyball competition. The purpose of AllStarr Volleyball is to promote interest in the sport of volleyball, provide skills training, and foster teamwork, sportsmanship and an appreciation for health and wellness.
